ORDERS
When using moderntimbercraft.com, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and you agree to accept all responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
All orders placed on moderntimbercraft.com website must be made by persons 18 years of age or older.
You agree that all information that is entered into the system is true to the best of your knowledge. Amplify Built (MTC) reserves the right to refuse service, remove or edit content, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at its sole discretion.
You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all orders.
All orders must be paid in full in order to be processed.
If for any reason an item is ‘out of stock’, you will be notified via email with backorder status and any available items that could replace that item. All unexpected backorder shipping charges will be prepaid by Amplify Built. However, if an item is displayed as ‘out of stock’ at the time you place the order, you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges that will apply.
Orders cancelled or changed after 48 hours of initial placement are subject to a 20% restocking fee as well as return shipping costs, if applicable.
Processing time does not include transit time.
Amplify Built or its partners and/or affiliates will not hold orders once they are placed. You will be required to accept delivery accordingly.
Coupon codes are either entered prior to checkout or applied to the item(s) at the conclusion of the checkout process. Some offers have an expiration while others are available for a limited time; offers are subject to change or end at any time. Coupon codes cannot be combined with other offers. Some items are not eligible for discounts or coupons, these will be clearly identified.

RETURNS
All return requests must be made by you within 10 days of receiving your shipment. Any returns processed by you after 10 days may be issued store credit (less costs and fees where applicable).

After receiving and inspecting returned items, Amplify Built reserves the right to reject any return if items are not in the proper condition.
